Main application

Vacuum conveyors is to use a pneumatic vacuum pump vacuum conveyor.Use the vacuum on the feeder can be material from the container directiy to the mixer,reactor,hopper,tablet machine,packing machine,vibrating screen,gtain machine,wet hair and pellet mill,pellet mill and the milldry hair.The machine reduces the manual labor intensity,to eliminate the dust pollution to ensure the production line with GMP.

 

On a material level control vacuum feeder,hopper by the feed device for the control of materals expected to be completed  by automatic feeding.When the material by the feeding equipment to a location above the hopper,the vacuum feeding machine to stop feeding,when the material below the hopper of a position,vacuum conveyors start automatically,complete the feeding by the feeding equipment
